Title: Analyze Challenges & Make Decision

This interactive meeting offers a variety of tools and techniques to analyze and solve challenges, make sound, effective decisions, and control stress throughout the process. The inability to make wise decisions in a timely manner is one of the biggest time management challenges on an individual, team, and organizational level. It can kill the momentum, of an otherwise production person, department, and organization. In addition, leaders who become stressed or procrastinate when problems arise and decision must be made, lost credibility and the respect of their colleagues and team. 

During this interactive session participants will:

  • Incorporate best practices to solve challenges
  • Reach more sound decisions through decision-making techniques
  • Apply principles of controlling stress and worry in making decisions and solving problems

Attendees will receive an introduction to best practices when considering an HR software. This talk covers characteristics of great software. It includes an overview on engaging employees, figuring how much effort it takes to use software, and models for showing ROI.

After this session, the attendee will be able to

  1. Identify 3 different types of engagement features in software
  2. Determine how much effort it takes to use the software
  3. Build a model for return on investment for HR Software
