Title: Workplace Security: Preparing For The Unexpected

In today’s turbulent time. It’s important to learn how to prepare your workforce on how to act in the event of an emergency situation at work. For instance, if you were to hear gun fire in the workplace, how would you respond? You must develop a survivor’s mindset during an active shooter incident. You will also learn about the type of response you can expect from law enforcement when they arrive at the scene and how to prepare employees.  In addition to knowing how to respond, you should learn how to identify the behaviors of concern for in people who may potentially act out in a violent manner.

Key learning objectives:
1.       Discover security tips to increase your chances of surviving an active shooter incident
