Event Title: Connecting the Dots of Employee Motivation presented by Matt Heller

Motivating employees is something all companies have to deal with. It may seem that larger companies have the advantage because of their size and resources, however there are many tactics that can be applied in any size businesses – as long as we understand the essential components that drive employee performance.

This session will help you connect the dots…from the idea and desire to effectively motivate employees to the action steps needed to make it happen. You will walk away with a blueprint for employee motivation that fits your facility and budget.

Learning Goals:

  • Gain a greater understanding of what employees are really looking for and what motivates them
  • Discuss the actions leaders can take that deliver the inspiration desired by employees
  • Learn ways to scale motivation efforts based on company size

This work is not done automatically but planned by people, performed by people, on the behalf of other people. Human resource management is an integral part of project management since without people, there is no project.
