The environment for HR is changing and economists and experts anticipate the change to be challenging for many employers and HR professionals. The changes will be vast. In areas of talent and recruiting, to implementing appropriate technology and working to keep up with the needs of multiple generations in the workforce. Our workforce demographics will change and the labor market will continue to narrow and tighten.
