Title: “Strategic Planning for Well-being and Engagement”

In this session, Dr. Amanda Main will be presenting a case for employee wellness programs. Throughout session, attendees will:

Explore the physical, mental, and spiritual dimensions of employee wellness and discuss the different antecedents and outcomes of each.

Generate, share, and receive inspiration from others for ideas for wellness programs that would work for their organizations.
Dr. Main is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist specializing in occupational health psychology and an Associate Professor of Management at Lynn University.
