  • Employee Use of Social Media Outside the Workplace (best practices on workplace privacy rights)
  • Marijuana in the Workplace (best practices on how to draft drug and alcohol testing policies that meet federal, state, and local requirements)
  • Paid Leave Laws (best practices on obligations and employee rights for leave under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), ADA, Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), and other military leave laws, as well as state worker’s compensation laws)
