If you’ve been planning to earn your Professional Human Resources (PHR®) or

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) designation now is the time to enroll in our updated and expanded HRCI exam preparation course based on the SHRM Learning System®. Northwood University offers this program in partnership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and its local affiliate, HRPBC. The curriculum, designed by subject matter experts covers the 2009 HRCI Body of Knowledge and includes scenario activities that develop specific competencies and decision-making skills. As a certification preparation program, it consistently beats the national pass rate.

Instructors Make The Difference
Jeff Weiner, SPHR is the Director of Human Resources for Peachtree Settlement Funding in Boynton Beach, FL. Previously, Mr. Weiner held HR management positions with Intelligroup, JBHunt Transport and Flarion Technologies. He has chaired the HR Track for the NJ Technology Council and Co-Chaired the NJ Pass-It-On-Program. Jeff Weiner has taught at Berkeley College, Mercer Community College and at the RH Smith School of Business (University of Maryland).

Mr. Weiner received his B.S. in Hospitality Management from Florida International University and his Master’s in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University.

 
Completion Certificate
All students completing the course requirements as established by the instructor, the Human Resource Association of Palm Beach County, and Northwood University will receive a Certificate of Completion. Regular session attendance and a passing score on the final examination is required in order to meet the requirements for course completion.
 

Cost of Program

- $1095.00 for members of HRPBC/SHRM • $1195.00 for non-members -

Cost includes the SHRM Learning System and all materials, handouts and workbooks. Free parking available for course participants.
