HRPBC's Diversity Initiative Committee is committed to developing diversity initiatives that foster an environment of inclusion, where diversity is integrated and celebrated. It is committed to providing programs and resources that promote diversity in our workforce. HRPBC's Diversity Initiative is a strategic component of HRPBC's overall mission to develop our members as leaders in the Human Resource profession and within their employer organizations.
 
Mission
HRPBC intends to propose and promote diversity within our membership and leadership in order to eventually reflect the demographics of South Florida's labor pool at large.
 
HRPBC's key objectives are to:

- Educate
- Inform
- Encourage a consciousness and understanding of diversity
- Serve as a resource for HRPBC members
- Promote continuous dialogue and action around diversity issues as a discipline within human resources
